Digital technology continues to influence and catalyze the ongoing evolution of interior design practices. Even a few years ago interior designs were presented using traditional presentation boards, but today the ideas are illustrated in 3D renderings.
It is important for all interior designers to develop drawing and sketching skills to quickly create perspective/conceptual designs, final design drawings, and 3D Modeling - these are the ways of seeing and exploring throughout the design process.
The course creates interior designers with great visual communication skills; and trains them in graphics, models, and presentation techniques to communicate a wide range of interior designs.
The course teaches fundamental principles of interior design and areas of specializations. Incorporation of subjects of humanities such as human behavior and psychology, along with environmental sciences and technology, makes the course comprehensive and students well grounded in the art of designing spaces.
